This policy describes, in plain terms, how Protect Wajahat (brandsprotection.net) handles information.
Information you send
The contact form on this website submits directly to Protect Wajahat’s server and emails your case details to info@brandsprotection.net. It does not open your email app, and form submissions are not stored in a website database. If you email Protect Wajahat directly instead, the same details are received by email.
The details received are your name, email address, the platform involved, the service you need, an optional public account or page URL, an optional approximate issue date, and your description of the case. They are used only to review and respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to handle your case.
What is never collected through this website
This website does not ask for passwords, one-time passcodes, recovery codes, or identity documents, and it does not use advertising trackers. If a case later requires sensitive evidence, how it will be shared and handled will be explained before you send it.
Sharing and retention
Case information is not sold. It is shared with a platform only as part of an appeal, report, or claim you have asked Protect Wajahat to submit. Information is kept only as long as needed for the inquiry or case and applicable record-keeping, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing info@brandsprotection.net.
